We're having a girl!

The first ultrasound was disappointing because they couldn't tell the baby's gender. My doctor was nice and ordered another ultrasound, and this time we got a better view. Marinne is excited to get a sister and I'm excited to shop for girlie things! Now we need to really start thinking about a name - any suggestions?

Hip hip hooray!!!! I think you should name her Prudance, in honor of Buff. Prudie Hammond. Sounds good.

For reals though, there have been some really cute girl names given in our ward as of late...Perry, Cadence, Abygail, Reagan, Maya. I can't think of any more right now. I doubt Ray would go for any of those. You should look at baseball players last names and see if one sounds girlish enough.

Congratulations Cousin! That is so cool you are having another girl. I would give you lots of hip suggestions on the coolest and most awesome girl names of this new generation, but I won't. I trust you guys will come up with a special name that is meant for this special girl. I am truly excited for you guys and hope all continues to go well for you. Tell the kiddos congrats and tell Ray he is Macho. Because the more kids you have the more macho you are, right? HA HA
-Jed- Dad to six, yes SIX!

Yea!!! I am so excited for you to have another little girl. I bet Marinne is so excited! Everyone needs a sister. I always wanted another little girl so Heather would have a sister. You and Sariah got to be hers! Thanks!

well that's an easy one...Kambria...seriously, I noticed all of the old people in our fam (dad and mom and sibs) were cool about continuing family names into our generation but we as of yet have not carried that tradition on. Where better to start than with your favorite sister! (that means me lest any confusion arise) :)

Of course I suggest Sally. If you don't like it, how about Maren? Oh wait. That sounds too close to Marinne. Ooops. Disregard please. I will take it instead, or give it to Cindy. I want to be a Cabbage Patch Kid namer so I can name lots of babies but don't have to bear them.

YAY! a girl! Well, the only 2 names my husband and I agree on if we have any more girls are Hannah and Tayler.
But...if you need to know where to get her headbands, flowers and bows, I have bought and made a ton for Hayley and I know a few stores. :)Girl shopping is a lot of fun.
Congratulations!
